Forecasting
Upcoming demand is estimated from historical POS sales for that kitchen, with ordering windows and menu-item detail. Weather and calendar features are used in the demand model where they are wired in. Machine learning is how some of that forecast is scored; the product you buy is the order it prepares you to place.
Inventory
Each POS sale deducts the recipe in the item's storage unit. Counts, waste, receiving, and case or pack sizes update the same on-hand record. Expiry and use-first behaviour exist on lots where dates are recorded.
Purchasing
Forecast demand is compared with on-hand stock and supplier pack information to prepare recommended quantities and a draft order. Autobizia prepares the supplier order. It does not dispatch a truck, and outbound electronic submission to Sysco is not a live claim.
Invoices
Supplier invoices can be ingested and matched to receiving. Remaining stock can be valued from those invoice lots. A formal general ledger, tax filing, and accountant export are under development and are not marketed as finished.
